About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Head to lead the finance function for a reputed hotel group based in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with strong experience in hotels and restaurant businesses. This role requires deep operational finance expertise within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Strategy

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business expansion and profitability
• Partner with leadership to drive financial performance

Financial Operations

• Oversee end-to-end accounting, MIS, and financial reporting
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management

Cost Control & Profitability

• Drive cost optimization initiatives across hotel operations and F&B outlets
• Conduct outlet-wise and department-wise profitability analysis
• Implement strong financial controls and SOPs

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure statutory compliance including GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions
• Strengthen internal audit and risk management processes

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team
• Streamline processes and implement best financial practices

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in hotels and restaurants
• Strong knowledge of hospitality finance, cost structures, and revenue models
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability

Compensation

• CTC up to 40 LPA
