About the Role We are seeking an experienced Manager-Finance Fusion Functional Consultant to lead high-impact Oracle implementation projects and drive financial transformation for our clients. This pivotal role involves managing the full project lifecyclefrom solution design to data migrationwhile guiding a high-performing team to deliver excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

• Lead end-to-end Project Management initiatives, including Solution Design, Data Migration, Integration, and effective Change Management.
• Deliver robust Oracle solutions, backed by a proven track record of 2-3 Oracle EBS implementations and at least 1-2 successful Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Execute To-Be Process Design, Fit-Gap Analysis, and RICEFW Management to ensure seamless alignment with business requirements.
• Design and execute comprehensive Data Migration Strategies, while providing critical support for Integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide deep functional expertise in Fusion Finance modules to optimize financial operations and reporting structures.
• Manage and mentor a team of resources, fostering professional growth and ensuring project milestones are met efficiently.
• Drive client engagement with excellent communication skills, with added value from prior experience in pre-sales or sales activities within similar consulting firms.

Mandatory Criteria

• Experience: 12 to 16 years of relevant experience in Finance Functional consulting and Oracle implementations.
• Location: Position based in Bangalore (2 Open Positions).
• Notice Period: Must be available to join immediately or within a maximum of 30 days.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in team management, client engagement, and Oracle Fusion Finance modules is essential.
