OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to support day-to-day accounting operations in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting entries, bank reconciliations, sales reporting, client communication, and basic taxation support, along with working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions in Tally in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and post journal entries with proper supporting documentation.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Process invoices and ensure timely billing to clients.
- Prepare and maintain monthly sales reports for management review.
- Follow up with clients/customers regarding outstanding payments through email communication.
- Maintain proper accounting records for audit and internal review purposes.
- Assist in MIS reporting and month-end closing activities.
- Support tax filing processes, including preparation of data related to Indian or foreign taxation compliance.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, statutory regulations, and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelors degree in commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.com preferred).
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Finance/Accounts.
- Working knowledge of Tally.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS, etc.) or foreign taxation to support tax filing processes.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a corporate environment.
