Key Responsibilities

1. Invoice Validation & Processing

-Verify vendor invoices for civil, interior, MEP, IT, housekeeping, and maintenance services.

-Match invoices with work orders, project BOQs, and delivery challans.

-Ensure timely submission, approval, and processing of vendor invoices.

2. Revenue & Billing Management

-Prepare and send monthly client invoices for coworking seat rentals, meeting rooms, services, and add-ons.

-Reconcile revenue with occupancy reports and centre operations data.

-Track outstanding payments and follow up for collections.

3. Expense & Petty Cash Management

-Maintain petty cash records for multiple centres.

-Track utilities, consumables, AMC payments, and recurring expenses.

-Monitor centre budgets and flag variances.

4. Project Cost Tracking

-Support in preparing project cost sheets for new centre build-outs.

-Validate contractor bills and track TDS, GST applicability.

5. Financial Reporting

-Prepare monthly MIS, cash flow statements, and centre-wise P&L summaries.

-Assist in audit preparations and maintain proper documentation.

6 Vendor Coordination

-Coordinate with vendors for invoice clarifications, payment timelines, and documentation.

-Ensure compliance with finance policies and statutory norms.

7. Compliance & Documentation

-Maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory record updates.

-Assist with monthly statutory filings in coordination with the CA team.

8.System & Software

-Update and maintain entries in accounting software (Tally ERP).

-Ensure accurate data entry and document management.
