Role Overview:

Boston Institute of Analytics is seeking a dedicated Finance Executive to join our administrative team. As a Finance Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of student accounts and loan processing, ensuring efficient financial operations within our institution. This role requires strong financial coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage with students, financial partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Loan Coordination :
• Guide students through theloan application and processing procedures, assisting with loan options and necessary documentation.
• Coordinate withfinancial institutions and agencies to facilitate the timely disbursement of student loans.
• Act as a liaison between students and lenders to ensure a smooth financial aid process.
• Fee Coordination :
• Handlestudent fee-related inquiries , providing detailed information on tuition fees, payment schedules, andfinancial aid options .
• Ensure students receive accuratefee structure information and assist in setting up customizedpayment plans as needed.
• Payment Follow-up :
• Monitor outstanding payments andoverdue fees ; follow up with students to ensure timely payment.
• Sendpayment reminders and notices, and coordinate payment agreements to support students in meeting their obligations.
• Financial Reporting :
• Prepare regularfinancial reports and statements related to student accounts, loan transactions, and payments.
• Maintain accuratefinancial records to support audits, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles;freshers with relevant skills are also welcome.
• Proficiency infinancial software and systems, with knowledge ofstudent loan programs andfinancial aid processes .
• Strongorganizational skills , attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellentinterpersonal andcommunication skills for effective coordination with students, partners, and internal teams.
• Ability to work bothindependently and as part of a collaborative team.
