About the Role

Were looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Executive to support our day-to-day accounting and finance operations. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, covering reconciliations, payables, reporting, and statutory compliance. Youll work closely with internal teams to ensure financial records are accurate, up to date, and compliant.

What Youll Do

Handle bank reconciliation on a regular basis

Manage accounts payable, including vendor bills and payment tracking

Collect receipts, update records, pass entries, and reconcile transactions

Pass basic journal entries and maintain accurate books of accounts

Track and reconcile expenses across teams

Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports

Support statutory compliances including GST, TDS, and related filings

Maintain proper financial documentation and records

Assist during audits and provide required financial data

Experience working with or supporting USA-based companies is a plus

What Youll Need

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Minimum 1+ year of experience in finance/accounts

Mandatory knowledge of Tally

Working knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software

Strong understanding of bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and P&L statements

Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory requirements

Ability to prepare structured weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports

Basic communication skills (verbal and written)

High attention to detail and accuracy
