We are looking for a Finance Controller / Manager to oversee all financial operations, streamline processes, and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organizations end-to-end financial functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage all finance and accounting operations, including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, inventory accounting, revenue recognition, and collections.

Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements and MIS reports.

Prepare budgets and financial forecasts; analyse and report variances.

Manage company investments, cash flow, and optimize free cash reserves.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and tax filings.

Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time; handle TDS reconciliations and vendor account reconciliations.

Oversee ESOP administrationmanaging share allocations, maintaining records, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Lead financial audits and ensure timely closure of books and statutory reports.

Oversee legal and secretarial aspects related to financial operations.

Utilize ERPs like Tally to streamline and automate accounting processes.

Monitor D2C and marketplace financial performance and profitability metrics.

Requirements:

Qualified CA with 56 years of relevant experience across finance, accounting, and controllership functions.

Strong knowledge of D2C business and marketplace operations.

Proficiency in Tally ERP and other financial management tools.

Excellent understanding of taxation, compliance, and audit procedures.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
