Role Summary:

Own end-to-end finance operations, controls, MIS, and compliance. Ensure accuracy, timelines, and zero leakages while supporting scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly closing of books; accurate and timely MIS (P&L, BS, CF)
• Marketplace & D2C revenue reconciliation; settlements, deductions, returns
• Identify and plug revenue, margin, and cost leakages
• Inventory reconciliation (physical vs books); ageing and write-offs
• AP, vendor payments, cash flow and working capital management
• GST, TDS, income tax compliances; audits and statutory filings
• Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
• Build SOPs, controls, and process discipline
• Manage finance team (AR, AP, accounting) and drive accountability

Skill Set:

• Strong D2C & marketplace finance understanding
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, high ownership
• Excellent reconciliation and control mindset
• Strong Excel / ERP / MIS skills
