Finance Controller -D2C -CTC upto 30 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Manage all finance and accounting operations, including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, inventory accounting, revenue recognition, and collections.

Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements and MIS reports.

Prepare budgets and financial forecasts; analyze and report variances.

Manage company investments, cash flow, and optimize free cash reserves.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and tax filings.

Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time, handle TDS reconciliations and vendor account reconciliations.

Oversee ESOP administrationmanaging share allocations, maintaining records, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Lead financial audits and ensure timely closure of books and statutory reports.

Oversee legal and secretarial aspects related to financial operations.

Utilize ERPs like Tally to streamline and automate accounting processes.

Monitor D2C and marketplace financial performance and profitability metrics.

Requirements:-

56 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or controllership roles.

Strong knowledge of D2C business and marketplace operations.

Proficiency in Tally ERP and other financial management tools.

Excellent understanding of taxation, compliance, and audit procedures
