About Company: The company operates in the wellness industry, creating consumer-friendly nutritional supplements designed to support aspects of personal care and overall health needs for a broad audience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations, including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, inventory accounting, revenue recognition, and collections.

Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements and MIS reports.

Develop budgets and financial forecasts; analyze and report variances.

Manage company investments, cash flow, and optimize free cash reserves.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including tax filings.

Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on schedule; handle TDS reconciliations and vendor account reconciliations.

Oversee ESOP administrationmanaging share allocations, maintaining records, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Lead financial audits and ensure timely closure of books and statutory reports.

Oversee legal and secretarial aspects related to financial operations.

Leverage ERPs such as Tally to streamline and automate accounting processes.

Track and analyze D2C and marketplace financial performance, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

56 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or controllership roles.

Strong understanding of D2C business models and marketplace operations.

Proficiency in Tally ERP and other financial management tools.

In-depth knowledge of taxation, compliance, and audit processes.

Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
