Job Description
About the Role
Were hiring for Finance Controls & Reporting professionals (Manager / Analyst / Senior Analyst) to join our Finance Reporting team in Bengaluru. This role supports balance sheet and P&L reporting, treasury finance, and regulatory reporting within a strong governance framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review Japanese GAAP & US GAAP quarterly/semi-annual reports
- Regulatory reporting to BoE, PRA, FCA, FSCS and completion of BoJ/BoE surveys
- Partner with Treasury on interest income, liquidity, funding & derivatives reporting
- Support internal and external audits with data and evidence packs
- Contribute to systems, controls, and process improvement initiatives
- Support new product approvals and complex transaction accounting
- Ensure adherence to governance and control standards across entities
What Were Looking For
- Experience in financial closing, regulatory reporting
- Strong Excel skills (VBA a plus) and exposure to accounting systems
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelors/Masters degree with relevant accounting qualifications
