About the Role

Were hiring for Finance Controls & Reporting professionals (Manager / Analyst / Senior Analyst) to join our Finance Reporting team in Bengaluru. This role supports balance sheet and P&L reporting, treasury finance, and regulatory reporting within a strong governance framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Japanese GAAP & US GAAP quarterly/semi-annual reports
• Regulatory reporting to BoE, PRA, FCA, FSCS and completion of BoJ/BoE surveys
• Partner with Treasury on interest income, liquidity, funding & derivatives reporting
• Support internal and external audits with data and evidence packs
• Contribute to systems, controls, and process improvement initiatives
• Support new product approvals and complex transaction accounting
• Ensure adherence to governance and control standards across entities

What Were Looking For

• Experience in financial closing, regulatory reporting
• Strong Excel skills (VBA a plus) and exposure to accounting systems
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelors/Masters degree with relevant accounting qualifications
