Finance consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Provide support for financial audits and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Finance or related field.
• CA/ACCA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial planning and budgeting, preferably in the life insurance sector.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of other financial software or languages is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
