About the Role
Arctic Wolf is looking to hire a Finance Business Process & Data Analytics Manager. The Finance Business Process & Data Analytics Manager plays a key role in optimizing financial operations and driving data-informed decision-making. This role leads the design, improvement, and automation of finance processes while developing and managing analytical tools and reporting frameworks that enhance business insight and performance management. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical, technical, and project management skills who thrives at the intersection of finance, technology, and process excellence.
About the Role
Business Process Improvement
- Lead end-to-end reviews of finance processes (e.g., tools, reporting, KPIs)
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement standardized, scalable, and automated solutions
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations, and Business Units) to ensure alignment and smooth adoption of new processes
- Develop and maintain documentation of workflows, controls, and data flows across systems
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Design and implement dashboards, KPIs, and financial performance reports to support strategic decision-making
- Manage data governance and ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial data across systems
- Leverage advanced analytics, visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and automation (e.g., Alteryx, Python, or Excel VBA) to drive insights and efficiency
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Systems & Technology Enablement
- Serve as a liaison between Finance and IT to improve ERP, EPM, and BI systems (e.g., Netsuite, Workday, Adaptive, Pigment, etc.).
- Lead or support finance-related technology projects including system implementations, integrations, and upgrades
- Evaluate and recommend digital tools for analytics, forecasting, and process automation (RPA)
Leadership & Change Management
- Manage a team of analysts or project specialists to perform the work
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the finance organization
- Provide training and mentorship to finance teams on data tools, analytics best practices, and process optimization
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, process improvement, or data analytics roles.
- Proven track record in finance transformation, business process reengineering, or analytics strategy.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle/Netsuite, Workday) and EPM tools (Pigment, Adaptive Insights, Hyperion).
- Strong understanding of data structures, relational databases, and automation tools (SQL, Alteryx, Python, etc.).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and project management experience.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
