Hiring: Business Finance Analyst (3-6 Years)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Finance Analyst with 3-6 years of experience to support the

Business and Finance functions of a rapidly growing B2B student mobility platform. The

role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and collaboration with finance, business,

partnerships, operations, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage revenue reconciliation across internal systems, partners, agencies, and

international payment platforms.

- Validate partner revenue, commissions, incentives, and payouts as per commercial

agreements.

- Identify and resolve discrepancies in B2B settlements, cashback programs, and payment

flows.

- Analyze large datasets to derive insights on partner performance and revenue trends.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and support new

initiatives.

- Prepare financial recommendations (recos) to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and internal

controls.

- Support cross-border payment validations, including FX checks, settlements, and

exceptions.

- Prepare periodic financial or business reports (SQL/Power BI/Tableau optional).

Requirements

- MBA (Finance) with 3-6 years of relevant experience.

- Experience in business finance, revenue operations, payments, or analytics

(B2B/SaaS/fintech/mobility preferred).

- Strong understanding of reconciliation and partner commission structures.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

- Proficiency in Excel; SQL/Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
