What would you do? "The role primarily involves supporting leadership as the finance contact and business advisor by delivering financial insights and strategic solutions. The position requires collaboration with Market and Service groups, entity leadership, directors of operations, and business operations teams. As a core team member, you will drive end-to-end change and deliver results for our internal clients. We are seeking a forward-thinking individual who is passionate about innovation and agile development. Key Functions: - Process Optimization: Analyze current operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. Project Management: Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives. Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support for strategic projects, initiatives, and decisions making. Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of financial processes and systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency in reporting and analysis. Skills & Work Experience: Education: Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certification (CFA, CPA, etc.) is a plus. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in finance or business analysis, preferably in a corporate environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and accounting software (e.g., SAP); experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. "
