What will be your key responsibilities?

Execute financial and tax due diligence assignments for M&A, investment and secondary transactions, identifying key risks, financial adjustments and deal-relevant findings.
Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports and present findings to clients, highlighting risk areas, deal breakers and negotiation points.
Build, review and maintain financial models for startups, including revenue projections, working capital analyses and scenario modelling.
Coordinate and quality-check valuation reports, liaising with registered valuers and ensuring alignment with transaction timelines.
Manage multiple engagement timelines, coordinate with counterparty advisors and maintain client communication.

What are the key requirements for the role?

Qualified Chartered Accountant
Post-qualification work experience of 23 years with a strong foundation in statutory audit at a Big 4, mid-tier or reputed practice - wanting to move out out of audit role
Prior experience in financial due diligence or transaction advisory is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills
