Finance Associate

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a finance associate located in Delhi, India. The candidate will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes. Responsibilities also include managing and handling client, and providing insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, and NetSuite
• Proficiency in bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with international clients
• Ability to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Relevant qualifications such as CA, CPA, or equivalent
• Experience in the accounting industry for US and UK businesses is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
