Finance Associate

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently initiate tasks and take ownership of projects with minimal direction, showcasing your self-starting abilities.

- Utilize your expertise to handle financial preparation and analysis, use knowledge of GST, TDS, and other relevant laws to ensure compliance.

- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail.

- Communicate effectively and confidently with senior leaders, external partners, and internal staff, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Chartered Accountant or Semi-Qualified Professional with a solid understanding of financial principles and relevant laws.

- Prior exposure to GST, TDS, and other financial regulations is an added advantage.

- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a close-knit team environment.

- Ability to think critically and creatively to tackle complex financial challenges.

- Proficient in using Excel, tally, etc tools for accounting, data analysis, and reporting.
