Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Associate, located in Gurugram/Mumbai. The Finance Associate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing financial reporting, and conducting detailed financial analyses along with performing all operational tasks pertaining to the finance department. Daily tasks will also include supporting the finance team in operational processes and ensuring compliance with financial policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA
• Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills and knowledge of Finance principles
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Relevant educational background such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar finance-related role is an advantage
