We are expanding and looking for versatile Finance Professionals who are eager to go beyond traditional accounting and analysis, and step into a dynamic role at the intersection of strategy, operations, and finance.

What You Will Do

This role offers hands-on exposure to multiple industries and business models. Youll work closely with experienced professionals, supporting founders, CEOs, and leadership teams with decision-making insights.

Manage financial reporting, analysis, compliances and dashboards for multiple clients

Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning

Analyze financial performance, identify risks & opportunities, and recommend improvements

Develop models and tools to help clients manage cash flow and growth planning

Contribute to investor decks, board reports, and fundraising support

Partner with cross-functional client teams to bring financial clarity to day-to-day operations and compliance

Implement process improvements to streamline financial operations

What We Are Looking For

Bachelors/ Masters in Finance, Accounting or a related field

25 years of experience in controllership, financial analysis, FP&A, audit, consulting, compliance or similar roles

Strong financial modeling and Excel/Google Sheets skills; BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) a plus

Excellent understanding of financial statements and business performance drivers

Strong communicator able to simplify financial concepts for non-finance stakeholders

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
