Accounts Payable - The incumbent to provide administrative and accounting support in Account Payable arena. we rely on a meticulous financial system to drive our business forward. The accounts payable (AP) department keeps that system running smoothly by managing cash flow and paying vendors and suppliers.

Specific responsibilities include: -

• Lead a team of 4 to 5 members functionally.
• Lead enterprise and inhouse driven projects.
• Identify process improvisation opportunities.
• Ensures SOX compliance and no comments in audits.
• Establish relationship with stakeholders.
• Manage and resolve vendor queries and invoice/payment related issues to ensure invoice are timely processed and paid.
• Lead Month end close activities.
• Ensure process deliverables are within TAT and process changes are timely updated.
• Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
• Evaluate and oversee business controls and financial integrity of the business processes.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent with typically 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• Team handling experience
• Strong analytical skills and accounting knowledge
• Excellent communication (written & oral)
• Ability to work and communicate effectively as part of a cross-geographic, cross-organizational and cross-cultural team.
• Excellent analytical and spreadsheet/presentation skills
• Self-driven, have ability to drive the team and work independently.
• Strong customer-focus and results orientation
