Job Title: SAP Finance Process Specialist

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with German stakeholders and global Finance and Controlling teams to support financial processes and reporting requirements.
• Ensure implementation and adherence to the Groups financial best practices and process standards.
• Support Group reporting activities including data extraction from SAP, validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Assist in Forecasting, Budgeting, and Group Controlling activities to support business planning.
• Participate in account finalization, month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Monitor and support ongoing financial operations within the SAP Finance and Controlling module.
• Prepare accurate and insightful Management Reports to support decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal financial controls and reporting guidelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial data accuracy and process improvement.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA) / ICWA / MBA in Finance.
• Extensive hands-on experience working as an SAP end-user in Finance & Controlling (FICO).
• Prior experience working with manufacturing or global organizations.
• Strong understanding of group reporting, financial consolidation, and controlling processes.
• Experience in financial closing, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Exposure to working with international stakeholders, particularly German counterparts, will be considered a significant advantage.
