Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Chartered Accountant with approximately 5 years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation, preferably with exposure to finance system implementations. The ideal candidate will act as a key bridge between finance and IT teams, ensuring that the financial consolidation system aligns with business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Project Support: Participate in the end-to-end implementation of a financial consolidation system, ensuring alignment with accounting principles and group reporting needs.

·         Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Work closely with finance stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for IT teams.

·         Data Handling: Assist with mapping of general ledger accounts, intercompany eliminations, and group adjustments.

·         Testing & Validation: Support system testing (UAT), troubleshoot discrepancies, and validate outputs for accuracy and completeness.

·         Financial Compliance: Ensure system setup adheres to relevant accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and internal control frameworks.

·         Training & Change Management: Conduct user training, develop process documentation, and support change management initiatives during the rollout.

·         Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and work with IT and finance teams to enhance reporting automation and accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience:

·         Chartered Accountant with ~5 years of post-qualification experience.

·         Strong background in group financial system aligns with business and regulatory requirements.
