Key responsibilities:

• Assist with monthly closing Activities-
• Month end closing activities to include initial GL reconciliation, Scrutiny, developing 1st cut P&L for review, Provisioning and Month end accruals 
• Creation & Uploading of Journals entries.
• Preparation of JV template, Estimating and populating the data and uploads
• Variance analysis 
• Reviewing the variance and analysis of the reasons for deviation. Preparing and reporting a management justification summary 
• Gather and organize financial data from all accounting departments. Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual result in comparison with forecasts.
• Carrying out statutory Audits of P&L Balance sheets in INDIA
• Preparation of MIS and various management report Analysis on costs and consumption. Periodically discuss the same every fortnight
• Identify and Accrue for Unpaid Invoices, prepare accrual Template for every month. Discuss with Envista and Accounts payable team for the various open and unidentified invoices. Reconciliation of open PO's

Education:

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Finance.
