Finance Analyst - General Ledger

Were hiring: Finance Analyst (Bank Reconciliation & Month-End Close)

Were looking for a detail-oriented Finance Analyst with strong experience in bank reconciliations and month-end close activities to join a growing finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, spotting discrepancies, and ensuring financial accuracy while collaborating across teams.

What youll be working on:

Bank Reconciliation

• Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
• Reconcile bank statements with financial records and investigate variances
• Ensure all deposits, withdrawals, and inter-account transfers are accurately recorded
• Work closely with AP, AR, Payroll, HR, and Tax teams to resolve open items
• Prepare and track open reconciliation items and escalate unresolved issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and support month-end close
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
• Identify opportunities to improve reconciliation processes

Month-End Close & Reporting

• Support month-end close activities including AR, AP, reconciliations, allocations, and intercompany transactions
• Perform month-on-month and year-end expense analysis
• Calculate revenue allocations, reductions, true-ups, and support settlements
• Prepare and maintain balance sheet schedules and reporting documents
• Support global audit requirements
• Assist with ad-hoc requests from senior management

What were looking for:

• 68 years of experience in bank reconciliation and month-end close
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong Excel skills; experience with accounting systems (Workday is a plus)
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and audit processes
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
