Devices and Services Finance is looking for a Finance Analyst to support our business.
This role will be responsible for providing financial reporting and analysis for Amazon Devices across product lines and countries.
As part of the FP&A organization, you will be supporting both Finance and Business leaders in their needs of financial information.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is process

As a successful candidate, you have excellent analytical skills, deliver insightful and timely reports, and understands customer needs.
You are familiar not only with financial concepts and metrics but also careful with details and the way you present your reports.
You never miss a deadline and love customer feedback.
Key job responsibilities
• Own the regular financial reporting for Finance and Business partners across International Devices in order to empower controllership and sound business decisions.
• Work with stakeholders to localize the financial reporting to address country or regional level needs of your customers.
• Support other central and regional finance teams on their financial planning process, such as loading data across systems and inspecting the output financials.
• Propose process improvements towards automation and simplification of the financial reporting.
A day in the life
As you start your day, you check the monthly and weekly schedule and identify your priorities.
You then move to sourcing the information you need from multiple data sources and organize it in a neat format that you pre
- aligned with your stakeholers.
You send out the accurate and timely reports that will support business decisions.
Every quarter you join the team's planning cycle effort to effort to summarize comparisons and identify outliers in the financial figures.
You go beyond your scope by improving reporting and consolidation processes, joining ad
- hoc projects and creating insightful reports.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision
- making experience
- Knowledge of finance, accounting or related field focused on analytics
- Experience in corporate finance including budgeting/planning, forecasting and reporting

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills
- Experience in TM1, Data Warehouse and SQL
