Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Administrator with 4+ years of experience to manage financial records, oversee daily accounting operations, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial and accounting operations
- Maintain general ledger and financial records
- Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Perform bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
- Support internal and external audits
- Process payroll coordination (if applicable)
- Maintain financial documentation and records
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance)
- 4+ years of experience in financial administration or accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS basics)
- Hands-on experience with accounting software ( Traverse)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in payroll processing
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Experience working in ERP environments
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
