Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a Finance Admin with strong experience in US accounting to support financial operations for our client, Mainetti. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting processes, financial reporting, and working with US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Handle US accounting activities, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for financial data and reporting.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in audits and maintain proper documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in US accounting.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Experience in AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations.
- Familiarity with accounting tools/software (Traverse is not mandatory).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
