As the Finance & Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing the agencys financial operations, ensuring accurate tracking of revenue, expenses, and vendor payments while supporting leadership with financial planning and reporting.

You will play a key role in maintaining financial discipline and ensuring smooth day-to-day financial processes.

Maintain and track the agencys P&L and financial performance

Prepare weekly financial updates and reports for leadership meetings

Monitor revenue projections and financial forecasts

Manage vendor payments, invoicing, and payment follow-ups

Track incoming client payments and outstanding receivables

Maintain accurate records of expenses, budgets, and project-level finances

Support leadership in financial planning and budgeting

Ensure overall financial tracking and reporting for the agency

36 years experience in finance, accounting, or agency finance roles

Strong understanding of P&L management, projections, and financial reporting

Experience managing vendor payments, invoices, and financial tracking

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Comfortable working with fast-paced agency environments
