Finance & Accounts Manager – Pharma Distribution

We are seeking an experienced and trustworthy Finance & Accounts Manager to lead our accounting and finance operations across our pharma and medical devices distribution business.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on , detail-oriented , and experienced in managing accounts in a trading/distribution environment involving multiple vendors, clients, and stock-keeping units (SKUs).

You will oversee the accounts team, ensure compliance with financial regulations, maintain accurate books, and provide financial insights to support business growth.

• Lead and manage the accounting and finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Handle complete accounting including sales, purchase, inventory accounting, and expense management.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports .
• Manage GST, TDS, income tax filings , and coordinate with auditors for annual audits.
• Maintain vendor and customer reconciliations , including credit control and aging analysis.
• Oversee banking, fund flow, and working capital management .
• Ensure accurate valuation and control of stock/inventory in coordination with the warehouse team.
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and accounting policies .
• Provide financial insights and MIS reports to management for strategic decision-making.
• Supervise and mentor the accounts team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  

• B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) / CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
• 510 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in pharma or FMCG distribution .
• Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance in the pharma sector.
• Experience using Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or ERP systems integrated with inventory modules.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
