Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance & Accounts Manager, based in Coimbatore. The responsibilities include managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, maintaining accurate financial records, and overseeing accounts payable and receivables processes. The Finance & Accounts Manager will also work on optimizing financial strategies and supporting internal and external audits, while collaborating with various teams to ensure financial efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Salary budget: 4-5 LPA

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting
• Expertise in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of financial compliance, tax regulations, and auditing standards like GST, TDS, Income Tax (IT), Professional Tax (PT)
• Must be able to do Statutory compliance: ESI, PF, Payroll preparation & management and Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
• Advanced experience in Tally Prime
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines effectively
• Masters or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in manufacturing or electronics industries is advantageous
