Finance, Accounting & Administration Manager

Build the Financial Engine of a Growing Startup

We're not looking for a traditional accountant.

We're hiring a hands-on Finance, Accounting & Administration Manager who wants to own the numbers, drive profitability and build the financial backbone of a scaling service-based company. This is not a reporting-only role. This is a builder role.

What You'll Do:

1. Own full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, payroll, reporting)
2. Lead month-end and year-end close and ensure compliance
3. Protect and optimize cash flow
4. Build forecasts, budgets and scenario models
5. Track project/service profitability and improve margins
6. Build financial systems, controls, and dashboards
7. Oversee admin, vendor management and HR coordination

What We're Looking For:

1. 5+ years progressive finance/accounting experience
2. Strong hands-on capability (you execute, not just review)
3. Startup/SME or service business experience preferred
4. Deep understanding of cash flow and financial controls
5. CPA/CA/ACCA/CMA is a plus
6. Strong US GAAP and Excel proficiency
