1) Overall work experience of 10+ years in FnA domain

2) Understanding end to end of R2R activities

3) Preferred experience of handling Client escalations

Finance & AccountiNG - Record to Report -GL Domain Expert:

1) Excellent Communication Skills

2) MS Office & Excel Skills

3) Customer Management Skills

4) Presentation Skills

1) 7/8+ years of experience in FnA - GL activities

2)Work allocation, managing exceptions, resolve queries, Review of complex activities, month close review meetings with business & retained accounting team review quality & compliance, SLA tracking & reporting, Lead process improvements

3) Should have managed the team of 10+ team members

4) Excellent analytical and decision-making skills

5) Interaction with the client - Governance calls

6) SLA adherence

7)Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferrred


FAO  - Order to Cash (O2C)

1) 8+ years of experience in Order to Cash/AR domain

2)Work allocation, managing exceptions, resolve queries, Review of complex activities, month close review meetings with business & retained accounting team review quality & compliance, SLA tracking & reporting, Lead process improvements

3) Should have managed the team of 10+ team members

4) Excellent analytical and decision-making skills

5) Interaction with the client - Governance calls

6) SLA adherence.

a)Expertise in AR Management - Billing, Cash applications, and Receivables management

b)3 Yrs team handling

c)Excellent communication skills

d) MS office proficiency

FAO  - Procure to Pay (P2P)

1) 8+ years of experience in FnA - P2P domain

2)Work allocation, managing exceptions, resolve queries, Review of complex activities, any duplicate payments, foreign payment issue, royalty calculations, review meetings with business & retained accounting team review quality & compliance, SLA tracking & reporting, Lead and process improvements

3) Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
