Job Description
Hiring: Finacle Application Support / Delivery Lead
Location: PAN India
Experience: 7+ Years (Minimum 5 Years Relevant Experience)
Education: Science / Commerce Graduate (Preferred: BE / B.Tech / MCA / MBA)
We are seeking an experienced Finacle Application Support / Delivery Lead with strong expertise in Finacle CBS (Version 10.x) and Banking IT support. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of core banking operations, excellent troubleshooting skills, and hands-on experience managing critical banking applications.
Eligibility Criteria
Science / Commerce Graduate (Preferred: BE / B.Tech / MCA / MBA)
Minimum 7 years of total experience in Banking IT Domain
Minimum 5 years of relevant/in-scope experience
Strong exposure to Finacle CBS Version 10.x
Mandatory Certifications (At Least One Required)
ITIL4 Professional Certification
PRINCE2 Certification
PMP Certification
Required Experience & Skills
Strong working knowledge of Finacle Menu Options (CBS 10.x)
Understanding of banking business logic & operations
Experience handling production support & banking IT solutions
Expertise in EOD / BOD operations
Hands-on experience with Service Management / Ticketing Tools
Strong troubleshooting & incident resolution capabilities
Experience working as a Delivery Lead in similar projects
Key Responsibilities
Finacle 10.2.x Application Support & Operations
Support and maintain Finacle 10.x application modules:
Branch Operations
CASA, TD, Loans, Trade Finance, Locker
Alternate Delivery Channels
SWIFT
Clearing
Utility Payments
Financial Inclusion
Perform product fatal error analysis
Review and analyze application logs & services
Monitor application availability & performance
Log and track incidents with internal/external service providers
Escalate issues to Delivery Leads / Service Providers when required
Ensure timely updates on assigned calls/tickets
Execute application maintenance activities as per checklists
Conduct primary testing for vendor fixes in T&D
Support UAT activities for vendor fixes/releases
Follow Change Management processes & CMAs
Execute DC-DR activities as per schedules
Maintain & publish Minutes of Meetings (MoM) with vendors/
