About the Role:

We are launching an upcoming YouTube channel based in Lucknow, focused on high-quality lifestyle content and engaging documentaries. We are looking for a creative, execution-driven Filmmaker/Production Head to lead end-to-end video production.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualise, plan, and execute lifestyle videos and documentary-style content

Lead scripting, storyboarding, shoot planning, and production schedules

Manage on-ground shoots, crew coordination, and equipment planning

Oversee editing, post-production, and final delivery aligned with YouTube trends

Ensure strong storytelling, visual aesthetics, and audience engagement

Build and manage a small in-house production team

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience in filmmaking and video production

Strong portfolio in lifestyle videos and documentary content

Expertise in camera work, lighting, sound, and post-production workflows

Understanding of YouTube formats, algorithms, and audience retention

Leadership skills with the ability to manage budgets and timelines

Preferred:

Experience working on culturally rooted content

Based in or willing to relocate to Lucknow
