Role Description

We are hiring a Senior Figma UI/UX Developer for a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and user experiences using Figma. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and polished design solutions.

The ideal candidate will focus on user-centric design, ensuring high standards of usability, functionality, and engagement while maintaining consistency in branding and visual aesthetics across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces and user experiences using Figma
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design components
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Ensure designs follow UX/UI best practices, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines
• Incorporate feedback from user testing and internal reviews
• Maintain consistency across web and digital platforms

Qualifications

• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
• Strong experience in wireframing, prototyping, and interactive design
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, user behavior, and accessibility
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to adapt designs based on feedback and testing insights
• Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred)
