Figma Designer (UI/UX)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Figma Designer (UI/UX) to join our team. The ideal candidate will help maintain a seamless design workflow while delivering user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces. You will collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to create engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design clean, modern, and intuitive UI layouts using Figma
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Maintain and improve existing design systems and components
• Ensure consistency across products and platforms
• Apply responsive design principles using Auto Layout
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Incorporate basic UX research insights into design decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Basic understanding of UX research principles
• Strong UI design fundamentals (color theory, typography, spacing, hierarchy)
• Attention to detail and pixel-perfect design sense
• Experience with components and design systems
• Knowledge of Auto Layout and responsive design

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience working in agile teams
• Basic understanding of front-end development concepts
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects
