About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer specialized in Salesforce Field Service Lightning to join our Software, System, and Test Engineering group.

- Design and implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning configurations and customizations
- Develop and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce code
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and third-party tools
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Harness
- Configure FSL data models including Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Territories
- Ensure security compliance within Salesforce environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with business processes
- Optimize workflows, process builders, and flows for efficient operations
- Manage data migration tasks and ensure data integrity
- Support enterprise architecture including single sign-on and integration technologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
- Document technical designs and maintain best practices
- Adapt to changing priorities and work independently under tight deadlines
- Maintain high attention to detail in all deliverables
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce development and Field Service Lightning
- Any Graduate
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
- Proven knowledge of workflow automation including process builder and flows
- Experience with CI/CD and deployment techniques in Salesforce, including Harness
- Expertise in Salesforce data migration and integration using APIs
- Understanding of enterprise architecture including single sign-on technologies
- Strong knowledge of CRM sales and customer service functionalities
- Experience setting up FSL data models and routing configurations
- Familiarity with Salesforce security models and compliance
- Thorough understanding of SaaS data models and connected web services
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
