Roles and Responsibility

Conduct home demos and field visits in the assigned territory.
Engage with potential students and parents to promote PWs programs.
Counsel students to identify the best-fit learning solutions.
Manage and nurture leads via CRM with regular follow-ups.
Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelors degree (MBA preferred).
13 years of experience in sales, counseling, or business development (EdTech experience preferred).
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated with strong ownership.
Must have a valid drivers license and personal vehicle .
Comfortable using laptops/tablets for demos.
