Population of our PANTHER products in market has machines with 20 different models and number of sizes. These machines are supplied to over valued customers spread all over India and abroad.


Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Campaign Execution: Develop and implement tailored regional marketing plans, including product launches and in-store promotions.

Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute local trade shows, conferences, and seminars to generate leads.

Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals, providing necessary, promotional materials and support.

Market Analysis & Research: Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.

Budget & Resource Management: Manage regional marketing budgets efficiently, tracking expenditures and ROI.

Content & Promotion: Create or adapt marketing materials for the local audience.

Lead Generation: Find Creative ways and help to execute sales. And Meet Monthly Sales Target.


Core Competencies and Skills:

Field Sales expertise and an understanding of strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement

One on One meet clients in respected area, travels and represent company. Build relationship and execute deals.

Strong skills in Relationship Building and Communication to foster professional connections and convey ideas effectively

Proficiency in Customer Service to address client needs and ensure a positive experience

Sales-related skills to drive lead generation and convert opportunities into successful results

Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and excel in on-site responsibilities

A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently

Prior experience in field marketing or sales roles is a plus

a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
