Flurn's unique approach is to partner with apartment complexes & gated communities to bring our programs directly to the customer staying there. We are India's largest community learning company ,offering 10+ programs across 3 cities in 300+ apartment communities.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Specialist/ Manager based in Bengaluru. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales growth, generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and engaging effectively with community stakeholders. Key responsibilities include conducting meetings with potential customers, managing sales operations, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the successful expansion of Flurn's learning centers.

This is a high growth, high intensity role suitable for candidates who are interested in building a career in Sales & Marketing or Business development.

Qualifications

• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and travel within the city as needed
• Freshers upto 2 years of experience in Business development / sales can apply for this role
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with diverse clients and communities
• Experience in Sales Operations and ability to manage client accounts efficiently
• Organizational and time-management skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks
• Mandatory - Your own private transportation vehicle (2 wheeler preferred) for client meetings, marketing events and prospecting.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English, Kannada / Hindi.
