Job Description
Uttar Pradesh (Field-based West UP, Central UP & Select Tier-3 Districts)
Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years in B2B sales (preferred: ghee, dairy, FMCG, food ingredients)
Role Overview
We are hiring a field-focused B2B Sales Executive to drive bulk sales of ghee and dairy products across established sweet shop and wholesale markets in Uttar Pradesh, with strong focus on West UP, Tier-2 cities, and traditional Tier-3 districts. This role requires on-ground market presence, relationship-building, and consistent execution with wholesaler, sweet shop owners, and institutional buyers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage bulk B2B sales of ghee across assigned territories
Target and onboard sweet shops, halwais, wholesalers, distributors, bakeries, and food manufacturers
Cover key markets including Firozabad, Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, Saharanpur, Bareilly, Kanpur, and surrounding Tier-3 districts
Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat orders and stable volumes
Conduct regular market visits, sampling, negotiations, and follow-ups
Track competitor pricing, quality perception, and local trade practices
Ensure payment collection discipline and manage credit cycles
Share daily / weekly sales updates and on-ground market feedback
Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in dairy / ghee / FMCG / food products
Strong familiarity with sweet shop and wholesale trade networks in UP
Comfortable with field sales, travel, and relationship-driven markets
Ability to negotiate pricing, volumes, and credit terms professionally
Self-driven, reliable, and execution-oriented
Basic reporting skills (WhatsApp, Excel, call logs)
Two-wheeler preferred
