Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Meet with customers daily to understand their needs and present tailored demonstrations of our products.

- Sales Execution: Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

- Product Demonstrations: Conduct effective product demos to showcase the features and benefits of our innovative solutions.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.

- Reporting: Provide the management with regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance.

Skills & Qualifications

- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Kannada and English (mandatory).

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Technical Skills: Ability to understand and explain technical product features.

- Strong interpersonal skills. - Goal-oriented with a proactive approach.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills
• Technical knowledge of water treatment products
• Client relationship management and communication skills
• Experience in the water treatment industry is mandatory

Benefits

• Competitive Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 per month, based on experience.
• Travel & Accommodation: Food, travel, and stay accommodations are provided for trips outside Bengaluru.
• Petrol allowance is offered.
