Hiring: Field Sales Manager (Full-Time) | Vacademy
Vacademy is expanding its on-ground sales operations in Bhopal and is inviting applications from motivated professionals with experience in institutional and B2B sales within the education sector.
This role focuses on direct engagement with schools and institutes, building relationships with academic decision-makers, conducting product demonstrations, and driving revenue growth through long-term institutional partnerships.
Role Details:
Position: Field Sales Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Bhopal (On-site / Field Role)
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
Requirement: Field mobility (Two-wheeler preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct institutional visits and generate qualified leads
Present and demonstrate Vacademys platform to schools and coaching institutes
Engage with Principals, Directors, and institutional decision-makers
Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets
Build and maintain long-term institutional partnerships
Provide regular market feedback and sales insights
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience in B2B or institutional sales, preferably within the education sector
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to confidently engage with academic leadership and decision-makers
Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented
Comfortable working in a field-driven and performance-focused environment
