We are a 100+ year old industrial group with operations across India, serving leading private and public sector organizations.

Our businesses span industrial structures, infrastructure support solutions, rentals, and project-based services. We work closely with large manufacturing plants, EPC contractors, and institutional clients on complex, time-sensitive requirements.


Sales & Business Development

  • Drive B2B sales for industrial / infrastructure solutions across large corporates, plants, EPCs, and government-linked organizations
  • Identify, develop, and manage key accounts and strategic clients
  • Generate leads through market mapping, referrals, cold outreach, and existing relationships
  • Own the entire sales cycle: lead generation requirement understanding proposal negotiation closure

Client Engagement

  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical-commercial discussions
  • Understand client operations, timelines, and constraints to propose the right solution
  • Build long-term relationships with purchase heads, plant heads, project managers, and senior stakeholders

Proposal & Commercial Ownership

  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare commercial offers, BOQs, and proposals
  • Lead price negotiations, contract discussions, and final closures
  • Ensure alignment between client commitments and internal delivery capabilities

Internal Coordination

  • Act as the bridge between sales, operations, logistics, and finance
  • Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution teams
  • Track order status, billing milestones, and customer satisfaction

Market & Growth Focus

  • Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market opportunities
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing clients
  • Support leadership in sales planning, forecasting, and revenue growth strategy


Skills & Competencies Required

  • Strong experience in B2B / enterprise sales
  • Ability to sell solution-based offerings
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing capability
  • Comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and site teams
  • Good understanding of contracts, commercials, and payment terms

Preferred

  • Exposure to industrial, EPC, infrastructure, warehousing, logistics, or project-based businesses
  • Experience handling multi-location or pan-India clients
  • Ability to read drawings / technical specs (basic level is sufficient)
  • High ownership mindset and execution orientation

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 6-12 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in asset-heavy or project-driven industries
  • Proven track record of closing large-value deals
  • Comfortable with travel, site visits, and client-facing roles
  • Entrepreneurial mindset able to work independently and take ownership
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
