Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for the position of Field Sales Manager. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and identifying market opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with potential clients, pitching products and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves tracking sales targets, preparing sales forecasts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems
- Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and time management capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the outdoor play equipment or related industry is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed to different locations within the assigned area
