Role Overview What This Role Is Really About
Picture this:
You walk into a building in a new micro-market.
You meet a property owner unsure if professional co-living will work.
You explain, listen, answer questions, and build trust.
That single conversation can turn into:
- A new Zolo property
- Hundreds of residents housed
- A new market unlocked for the city
This is not desk sales. This is on-ground growth.
What You Will Practically Do Every Day
So you can clearly picture the job:
- Identify potential properties for onboarding
- Visit properties and meet owners in person
- Explain how Zolo works and the value we bring
- Build trust and long-term owner relationships
- Address basic queries and objections
- Follow up consistently and move conversations toward closure
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and onboarding
- Maintain clear records of leads, visits, and progress
- Own your pipeline from first meeting to final onboarding
In simple terms:
Youll be out in the market meeting people, starting conversations, and helping Zolo grow property by property.
