Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Bengaluru for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for actively identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and managing a robust sales pipeline. Daily tasks will include scheduling meetings, giving product demonstrations, maintaining customer records, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role will involve fieldwork, client visits, and driving customer engagement to promote company products and solutions in the region.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in sales, lead generation, and account management
• Proficiency in building client relationships and negotiating contracts
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of technology and AI-based solutions is an advantage
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Prior experience in a field-based sales role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets
