Butma Enterprise, a 3-Star Certified TallyPrime Channel Partner, is expanding its sales team and looking for energetic Field Sales Executives who enjoy meeting clients, understanding their business processes and selling practical software solutions that add real value. This role is ideal for candidates who want to grow in B2C sales within the accounting Tally Prime/ Tally Erp9 software space.

What you will do

Promote and sell Tally Prime licenses, TSS, AMC and cloud solutions to new and existing business customers.

Identify and visit prospective clients, generate new leads and build a healthy sales funnel.

Understand customer pain points and propose suitable Tally Prime-based solutions aligned to their business needs.

Coordinate and conduct product demos (online/onsite) with prospects and follow up until closure.

Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and service-oriented communication.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and share timely updates on leads, meetings and closures with the reporting manager.

What we are looking for

Graduate / Under-Graduate; Commerce background preferred.

Basic knowledge of Tally Prime or any accounting/ERP software is a strong advantage.

Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills; comfortable interacting with business owners and finance teams.

Self-motivated, target-driven and willing to work on the field across Mumbai as required.

Ability to work independently, manage time well and maintain proper documentation of visits and prospects.
