Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Lucknow. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for managing sales operations, reaching out to potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and pushing target-driven sales growth in the assigned region. The role also involves preparing sales reports, understanding client requirements, and representing the companys brand and products effectively during client interactions.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
  • Ability to create sales strategies and meet revenue targets effectively
  • Strong Presentation, Communication, and Persuasion abilities
  • Proficiency in Market Research, and the ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Outreach and Customer Service skills to build long-lasting client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in an on-site role
  • Experience in publishing or related industries would be an advantage
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
